Ordering/Shipping/Info

Please use our convenient and secure online shopping cart to place your order.  Please go through the order process by clicking on the "Order" button, and follow the instructions.  Find the item(s) in which you are interested.  Click on the drop down box (if necessary) and choose the color or any other options.  Then Click "Add to Cart", and this will put the items in your shopping cart.  At the end of the ordering process, you will be given a choice of which means of payment you wish to use.  Shipping charges will be added upon checkout.  Please note:  With orders over $50.00 (not including furniture & select wood wares), you will receive FREE SHIPPING and a FREE GIFT as a thank you!

When your order has been received, I will email you with an approximate shipping date and again when your order has shipped.  Most items are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.  If you experience any difficulties in placing your order, please contact us by phone or email.

If you are interested in ordering any of our hand-made furniture and large wood items, please email me directly for color choices.  They can either be shipped, picked up locally, or if you are in the vicinity of 30 miles, I will deliver it to you.

For all wood items and custom orders, please allow 2-6 weeks time to complete ALL orders. The majority  of our items are hand-made custom made orders so it may take a little longer but I can assure you, you will receive TOP QUALITY Merchandise.

Payment Information

We accept Payments through Pay Pal.  It is a secure way to make payments using Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.   (You can use your credit card or send an e-check!)  Please note: You can still use Pay Pal even if you don't have a Pay Pal account.  Just use the guest tab on the paypal sign in page and fill in your card info.  Pay Pal will allow you to place your order through their secured server using your major credit card or checking account without requiring you to become a PayPal member.   Upon completing the check out process with Pay Pal, you will receive a confirmation email that your payment has gone through, and it will show up on your credit card statement as "KL Primitives".

Sales tax applies to the State of New Jersey residents only at 7%.

Regarding checks, we only accept  checks that are U.S. Dollars and checks that are drawn on U.S. Banks.

NO CHECKS OUTSIDE THE USA PLEASE.

*If paying by personal check - payment must be made in full within ten (10) days of date of purchase.  Otherwise, your items will be relisted for sale. 

**If you pay this invoice by check, and your check is returned to us, it will be represented electronically through Cybr Collect, and your account will be debited for the state allowed fee.

Insurance

I do cover the cost of Insurance with all orders so that we can guarantee your merchandise in case of lost/stolen or damaged packages.

Shipping Information

There is FREE Shipping with all USA orders to lower 48 States with orders over $50.00 (not including furniture and select wood wares).

Most packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Returns and Exchanges

Satisfaction Guaranteed.  Please note that all items sold on this site are done in a primitive, rustic, aged, vintage, or distressed style, and designed to look old and worn.  We love our customers and want you to be happy.  In the unlikely event you are not happy with a product, please contact us asap.  Returns must be authorized first by phone or email within 7 days of receipt as all returns must be authorized.   Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.  We will gladly refund your purchase price and/or give a Merchandise Credit if the item is in its original packaging in which it was originally sent, and in their original condition within 30 days.  Shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping & insurance are not reimbursed. 

Cancellations and any refused packages will incur a 20% re-stocking fee since the majority of our items are special orders and/or handmade. This also covers paperwork and time involved with your order.  Many items are made to order... Be sure that you want your order before submitting the order to us.
